About MAC Angels 5K
We have partnered with Generosity Series to raise money for families with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) through a 5K Run/Walk/Wheel.
EVERY DOLLAR IS NOW BEING MATCHED BY A GENEROUS DONOR!!!!!!
The MAC Angels Team is joining over a dozen other metro-area nonprofits in a simultaneous 5K event that will feature over 400 participants!
This event will promote and strengthen our work in the field with ALS families. Funds raised will go to offering comfort care, patient advocacy, medical equipment, and mental health services to people with ALS (pALS) and their caregivers.

Why Participate?
Every day 15 more people are diagnosed with ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig's disease), a progressive nervous system disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, causing loss of muscle control.
When a family receives the diagnosis of ALS, they are faced with an overwhelming array of questions, paperwork, medical advice, financial and logistical challenges, and life-altering changes. Conventional health care does not begin to address the complexity of these needs.
This is where MAC Angels Foundation steps in to fill a void in services.
MAC Angels provides support, guidance, advocacy, and resources critical to quality of life for individuals and their families living with ALS.
We rely on the support of donors like you to allow us to continue to offer our services free of charge to the families that need our help the most.
